  12. Description:
  13.    This program is meant to transfer files and FULL DISKS track by track
  14. from and back to Amiga computers using an IBM-PC clone and a serial
  15. null-modem cable.
  16.  
  17.     Features: - Copies files from and to an Amiga.
  18.               - Transfers Amiga disks or tracks from and to .ADF files.
  19.               - Makes copies of the Amiga ROMs into the IBM.
  20.               - Up to 19200bps using the standard "serial.device" on an A500.
  21.               - Up to 115200bps using the "BaudBandit.device" (available on
  22.               AmiNet) on an A500. (Registered versions only)
  23.               - Works with all OSs (That's what I think because I've used OS
  24.               legal programming - no direct hardware access).
  25.               - No need to copy disks to files before transfering them.
  26.  
  27. Requirements: - A Commodore Amiga computer would be nice :-).
  28.               - A IBM-PC clone would also be nice :-)).
  29.               - Any AmigaDOS version.
  30.               - MS-DOS 3.0 or higher (I'm not sure about Windows 95/98, but
  31.               I advise you to launch them from MS-DOS mode).
  32.               - A working copy of a disk that has a "serial.device" and a CLI
  33.               (Eg: Workbench).
  34.               - A way to put "OrionAm" on the amiga and "ORIONPC.EXE" on the
  35.               PC. (Eg. Twin Express available on AmiNet).
  36.               - Serial null-modem cable (See "orion.doc").
  37.  
  38.  Limitations: - No serial timeout check.
  39.               - Wildcards not much supported.
  40.               - No checksum check (I've still had no need for it :-))
  41.               - Command line driven.
  42.               - Be sure to enter Amiga filenames correctly or the computers
  43.               will hang.

  45.    Sorry about these limitations, I will release Orion Tranfer v2.0 soon if
  46. I get enough support for this one. That one will have a graphical interface
  47. and much larger .ADF support. Also error correction, etc... (See "orion.doc"
  48. for details about this).
